Production & Delivery Time

Estimated turn around time for products

Refer to the chart below for production time of each item. Products enter production after the 24 hour cancellation period. We work Monday to Friday and are closed on weekends and all Canadian holidays. All production and shipping times are in business days and do not include days that we are closed.

Please add the expected shipping time to the production time to know approximately when your product will arrive. For transit interruptions due to weather or instances beyond our control, please check the service alert pages for USPS (shipments to the USA), and Canada Post for Canadian shipments.

*Items of 6 or more may fall into wholesale production time frames. Please contact us if you are concerned about your order turnaround time or have a specific deadline so we can process your order appropriately.





US orders ship with USPS first class mail or priority (depending on package size) with tracking. We import orders ourselves across the border so US shipping addresses do not encounter surprise fees or duties (applies to orders under $800 value).

Orders over $800 or orders that are requested express are shipped with DHL. These orders may encounter additional import or duty fees when crossing the border which are the responsibility of the customer.



Canadian Orders ship with Canada Post Expedited with tracking and can be upgraded to UPS or XpressPost if needed. Small packages like single scarves ship with a stamp. Email us for upgrades and rates.



International orders are shipped out 3 times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

For orders valued under 100$, that are placed from within your Art of Where account, you can choose to ship with tracking for an extra fee or to ship without tracking. You will see the option to Add Tracking Upgrade when you checkout. If you want to add tracking to an order coming to us by an integration, please contact us.

Orders valued over 100$ are shipped with tracking automatically.

We can upgrade international orders to express. Please contact us for rates and services.

International orders may be subject to additional fees such as duties or taxes. Please check the import rules of the country your order is going to for more information. Please note we cannot artificially reduce the value of orders. 


Expected Delivery Timeframes

For Americans

Orders to US customers generally take 2-6 business days once shipped.

US ship-outs occur on 3 times a week Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturday.

For Canadians

Orders for Canadian customers normally take 2-8 business days to arrive.

Shipping to Eastern Provinces takes about 3-4 business days and shipping to Western provinces can take 4-7 business days. Shipping to Ontario is usually 1-2 days. Remote locations can take up to 15-20 days.

For all other International Countries

International orders generally take 10-21 business days but may be delayed by the customs of your country. We have seen international shipments take as long as 6 weeks to arrive. Some countries hold packages at the local post office until inquired for.

Please Contact us if there is an error with your order. Items can be returned under certain circumstances.




Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the courier or postal service. If your shipment is experiencing difficulties, please try to contact the postal service first. If you need further assistance, contact our customer service and we will try to resolve the issue.

For lost shipments, we usually are required to open a case with the postal system before we can proceed with a reprint. This can take up to 14 business days.

We are not liable for any errors made by shipping and courier services. We work with our customers on a case by case basis for shipping related problems.

Once you have received your parcel, please open it with care. We cannot be responsible for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel.
